At rhode, we want you to love your glazed skin routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on all products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Gently pack the items in their original rhode packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and secure it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
