What is the rhode return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our support team within 14 days of delivery.
Are rhode products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all rhode products are vegan, cruelty-free, and PETA certified. We do not test on animals at any stage of product development.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.
Can I use rhode products if I have sensitive skin?
Our formulas are developed with dermatologists to be high-performance yet gentle. However, we always recommend performing a patch test or consulting with your physician if you have specific skin concerns.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, and select European countries. We are working hard to bring rhode to more regions soon.
